Our 4-in-1 Inflatables are some of our most popular rentals — likely because they come in so many fun themes and include a water-friendly version (for summer outdoor rentals)

The name “4-in-1” comes from the four different activities inside each inflatable:

 

• 🏀 Basketball Hoop

• 🎉 Jumping Area

• Vertical obstacle pylons

 

Bright, colorful, and available in a wide variety of popular themes, these inflatables are perfect for any party or celebration!

📏 Size & Weight Limit Restrictions

• Inflatable Size: 17’ (L) × 17’ (W) × 14’ (H) 🏰

• Space Needed: 19’ (L) × 19’ (W) × 15’ (H) 📦

• Maximum 800lbs in total (250lbs per single person); meaning ADULTS CAN HAVE FUN WITH THE KIDS 🎈​

 

** A water-friendly version (with a waterslide and splash pool) is available but must be booked specifically as such, since it’s a different inflatable.  If you’re unsure about the weather, we recommend booking the H₂O-friendly version since you can always switch to a dry version later (we have limited water units).

⚡Power Requirements:

• One single-piece inflatable

• Uses one blower (1700–1900W start / 1500–1700W continuous, standard 120V outlet)

• Must be set up within 100 ft of a power source

• Parker Parties provides properly rated extension cords at no cost

• Generators available for rent (2000W Honda, 50 lb) — $30 each, includes gas, lasts ~3–4 hrs

• Optional 5L jerry can of premium gas — $10

note: Parker Parties doesn't own the generators and rents them from a small local business; if a generator is booked but not needed, Beverly is able to return it within 1hr so that there is no cost.

1️⃣ Small Closed Events 🎈

• Definition: Up to two families/households, 25 kids or fewer (e.g., birthday parties with a guest list)

• Dry Version: $250

• H₂O-Friendly Version: $350 (customer supplies water; Parker Parties has water guns)

• 3-hour standard slot, optional free extension up to 8 hrs when booked between 10am-7pm

  • talk to Beverly if needed outside of 10am-7pm

  • based on availability

• Indoor hours (Dry Version only):  between 7am-12am

• Sandbags: ONLY NEEDED IF INFLATABLE IS ERECTED ON CONCRETE OR ASPHALT

  • If the setup location is on a hard surface such as concrete or asphalt, sandbags are required unless it's anchored.

2️⃣ Large Closed Events🎈

• Definition: Three or more families/households (e.g., adult birthdays, company parties, school events, family reunions)

• Dry Version: $375

• H₂O-Friendly Version: $475 (customer supplies water; Parker Parties has water guns)

• 3-hour standard slot, optional free extension up to 8 hrs when booked between 10am-7pm

  • talk to Beverly if needed outside of 10am-7pm

  • based on availability

• Indoor hours (Dry Version only):  between 7am-12am

• Sandbags: ONLY NEEDED IF INFLATABLE IS ERECTED ON CONCRETE OR ASPHALT

3️⃣ Open Events🎪

 

• Definition: Events open to the public (no guest list) — AEDARSA-certified required. Includes church events where new guests are welcome 

• Dry Version: $500

• H₂O-Friendly Version: $600 (customer supplies water; Parker Parties has water guns)

• 3-hour standard slot, optional free extension up to 8 hrs when booked between 10am-7pm

  • based on availability

• Indoor hours (Dry Version only):  between 7am-12am

• Sandbags: ONLY NEEDED IF INFLATABLE IS ERECTED ON CONCRETE OR ASPHALT

Conditions for outdoor events:

 

​1️⃣ Between the hours of 1 hour after sunrise to 1 hour before sunset 🌞

2️⃣ Minimum temperature 8C

3️⃣ Wind & Surface Considerations:

• Wind limits (including gusts) depend on the set up ground surface:

  • Hard surfaces: concrete, asphalt 🧱

    • 2 x sandbags at each corner = 8 sand bags (30lbs each)

  • Soft surfaces: grass 🌿(4-8 ground stakes use)

• Gravel surfaces cannot be used for setup ❌

• Always discuss your setup plans with Beverly

• Cancellations are allowed for peace of mind ✅

🧰 Setup & Take Down Help:

• Back in 2011, when we first started, Beverly would hire extra help for setup and take-down. Based on customer feedback, many asked if assistance could be provided in a way that would save a bit of money - we listened! In 2012, prices were lowered with the understanding that the customer would provide help. The number of helpers needed depends on which inflatables you rent. While my son (16) often helped in the past, he’s busy with sports and has ankle surgery scheduled, so he may not be available to help for time in 2026.  In saying all of this, this one is super easy!  Just one person of good strength for help with the set up and again with the take down is all that's needed! 

 

🚗 Travel Fees:

• Outside city limits: $1.25/km (one direction, charged per round trip)

• Within 10 km of city limits (e.g., Coaldale, Coalhurst): $10 flat round-trip

 

🛡️ Insurance:

Parker Parties carries general commercial liability insurance.

• Certificate of Insurance available — allow at least 72 business hours (3 days) for processing
